AudioPlayer does not store the times back to MusicMaster

Problem:

After setting the time markers (e.g. Intro, Next etc.) in the audioplayer, the fields are not updated in MusicMaster

Cause 1

The audioplayer is not configured to write the data back to MusicMaster or has

Solution 1

Make sure the configuration is setup correctly. If you need help, consult the documentation or contact the service team for help.

Cause 2

The path to the MusicMaster database in the config is not set up correctly or the database is not accesible.

Solution 2

Check the configuration in the audioplayer.config to the path to MusicMaster. Make sure you can access the database with the destination in the config (e.g. by copying and pasting it to the explorer). If this works, it might be cause 1 or its a known issue when the path in the config does not match the path you open MusicMaster (case-sensitive). This issue is fixed in version 3.2.50 or higher.
