You can do that easily in the deliver.media portal by creating a report and download it. After that you can either modify it in excel or directly send it to SUISA/GEMA. The following Step-by-Step guide will help you to achieve this in a minute.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Logon to the deliver.media portal https://portal.deliver.media
2. Click on the Channels Menu
3. Select the radio channel or radio stream
4. Select the start date and end date by using the format yyyy-mm-dd
5. Click on "SUISA Export" or "GEMA Export"
6. After a few seconds, the report is saved to your download folder
7. Send file to SUISA or modify in Excel (e.g. to filter elements)

Note: If you want to export March 2020 you have to select
Start date: 2020-03-01 --> March 1st 00:00:00
End date 2020-04-01 --> March 31st 23:59:59
