How to collect diagnostics data for support?

How Can I Collect Diagnostic Data with one click?

Answer:

1. Open the designated deliver.media engine instance
2. Click on the "Log-Tab"
3. Right-click on the "Log-Tab" and select Collect Diagnostics
   
4. After 10-60 seconds the collection folder opens
5. One level above you see the collection of all log and configuration data

   Filename: yyyymmddThhnnss_delivermedia_diagnostics.zip
   Enclosing Folder: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp

6. Send the .zip file via email to you support email address or upload it to the ticket system
