How to locate the configuration file

Question:

How can I find the configuration file or deliver. media engine.?

Answer:

The configuration file is located where the Application executable sits and is called media.deliver.engine.exe.config

The easiest way is to locate it via GUI, as described in the next steps.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to Tasks

2. Locate the Workflow Name or Workflow-ID (e.g. W02 ....)

3. Right-Click on the Task-Tab

4. Select Open Config Folder

5. Locate the Config-File and open it with a Text-Editor like Notepad++ or Visual Studio Code

6. Search for the Workflow / Tasks

Note:

If you change settings, don't forget to make a backup of the installation. After the change, make sure you restart the engine or refresh the settings and restart the workflows.
