Solution: Fingerprinting shows error "Exception of HRESULT: 0x8007007E"

Problem:

deliver.media engine. Audio fingerprinting does not work and shows an exception.

Message:

The DLL "lib\ar\win32\libarecognition.dll": The specified module was not found.
(Exception of HRESULT: 0x8007007E) cannot be loaded.

Cause:

Newer versions of Windows do not have the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 32 bit installed, which is needed for the audio fingerprinting.

Solution:

• Download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package
  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999

• Install the 32-bit Version vcredist_x86.exe
• restart the deliver.media engine.
• Check the log again
